260 Broadway is a lot consolidation in the up and coming downtown district of the city of Chula Vista. As part of the densification efforts, the project provides 62 units (21,524 SF) across 5 buildings that respond to the overall low scale of the neighborhood while maintaining plenty of open space in-between buildings. The project proudly offers recreational outdoor landscaping, all ground level surface parking, and a ground level public plaza at the street frontage.
